If you’re not satisfied with the purchase you’ve purchased on our website we will be glad to refund you or send a replacement product. If you wish to change the watch with a different model please send back your watch and include in the package the new model number and a proof of online sale. If there is any price difference it will be charged on your credit card or you have to pre pay it by money order. (If you are not from Italy the shipping costs will be charged).
Please include your phone number where you can be reached at office hours and indicated any change of address if there is any.
We will accept any return of purchase on our website as long as:
– The watch is not damaged in any way
– The purchasing receipt is included in the package
– The watch is returned within 15 days from purchasing
If you received a damaged or defective watch please contact us at customercare@opsobjects.com
We will provide a total refund or a watch replacement once we receive the damaged watch.
