Except as otherwise expressly provided in other specific provisions of the terms listed below have in these Conditions of Sale, the meaning that is attributed to them in the following definitions:

“Business Day” or “Days” are the days when our offices are open for normal business (generally every day from 9 am to 18, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and during some exceptional circumstances which we will give timely notice on this website)

“Force Majeure Event” include situations resulting (directly or indirectly) from any strike, lockout, fire, flood, proven impossible to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or couriers, laws or government regulations or any other cause or event beyond our control. The above is provided only as an example. There are other events that can be of a force majeure.


These Terms and Conditions of Sale for the purchase of products OPSOBJECTS carried out remotely via computer network at “” belonging to Spread Watches Ltd, based in Piazza Borromeo 10-20123 Milan. These purchases are reserved for customers direct users. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be submitted to the rules of the Legislative Decree n. 196/03.


When the customer places an order online for products that has inserted into the cart, you agree to buy them at the price and terms set out in these Conditions of Sale.

OPSOBJECTS not accept orders:

– If the material at the time of the order, not in stock (if the material is not available, it will be possible to add it to the cart) and / or

– If the issuer of the credit card of the customer does not confirm the payment.

OPSOBJECTS reserves the right to refuse the order at its discretion.


These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by customers before sending their orders. The submission of the order implies their full knowledge and full acceptance.

The customer agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process online, print and keep these general conditions of sale, already examined and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the conditions of that Articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree. N. 185/1999.


All prices on the site include VAT.

Prices on this site are the selling prices currently in force. In case the price of the goods ordered is reported by OPSOBJECTS so obviously discordant, the order can be canceled at any time by OPSOBJECTS or by the customer, provided before sending the goods, and you can rearrange the products at the correct price of sale.


The payment of the products purchased and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer when the order by using one of the available credit cards indicated online or by bank transfer. In this case OPSOBJECTS execute the order upon receipt of the Bank. OPSOBJECTS not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by a third party credit card upon payment of the products purchased.


In case of acceptance it is stated that:

– For orders accepted on the site of the first 13 hours of a working day, the shipment of goods is normally within the following 72 hours;

– Orders received after 13 hours it will be processed the next business day and then 72 hours become 96 hours of the order;

– If the order was placed in a non-business day, the order will still be shipped within 96 hours from the first working day following.

There may be exceptions in the case of Force Majeure.

The goods will be delivered by courier DHL or UPS.

Shipments in the Christmas period will stop on 18/12/2017 and will resume on 03/01/2018.

Delivery means for delivering the goods to the carrier.

Delivery times described during the checkout process on the site depend on the shipping method used, and the point of destination of the goods. as a function of size and weight of the items purchased. The courier will deliver the goods only against a signature confirming receipt of the same.

In the event that the goods shipped by courier does not arrive within the specified period, the customer must contact OPSOBJECTS number listed on this site.

In the event that the goods have not been delivered to the inability of the customer to receive it, the latter must first contact the carrier through the references that are left from the same carrier for cases of non-receipt of the goods and, if this operation is not possible, the number for customer service listed on this website.


If the shipment of the goods does not take place within the agreed time or the courier charge fails to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery time, OPSOBJECTS will contact the customer as soon as possible and, depending on the needs of the latter, it will seek to establish another delivery.

If you are unable to reach an agreement to that effect, OPSOBJECTS reimburse the customer the full amount paid.


To exercise this right, the customer must contact the service indicated on the site, follow the instructions that the operator will provide to OPSOBJECTS and send a notice to that effect within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram or fax sent within the said period of 7 days and followed by a confirmation sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.

Once such notice of withdrawal, OPSOBJECTS will quickly inform the customer details on how to return the goods.


As the only burden, and if the error does not result from a fact attributable to OPSOBJECTS the customer must pay the cost of returning goods.

The goods must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage.

Upon his arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, if damaged or tampered with, the withdrawal can not be exercised

OPSOBJECTS will refund the customer the full amount already paid within the statutory time limits. Reimbursement will be made by crediting the amount due on the credit card used by the customer to purchase refunded.

The Buyer shall promptly provide to OPSOBJECTS any available information necessary for proper and urges the refund procedure.


Any complaint must be addressed directly to OPSOBJECTS, after contacting customer service or e-mail to the address indicated on the dedicated website. OPSOBJECTS is committed to respond to complaints within three working days.


The sales contract between the customer and OPSOBJECTS is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or execution of this contract the territorial jurisdiction of the courts of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located within the state.


Purchases online are shipped and delivered in max 8 days by courier DHL or UPS. All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, following the authorization of the payment of credit card and clearly a result of the availability of stock.

The shipping charges you pay to Diffusione Orologi srl do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to K&BROS and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. If you receive the shipment and refuse to pay the custom’s fees, such that we are billed by UPS or DHL on your behalf, we will bill you for these fees directly.
